Nadine Cerquahas been a PT for 22 years, and graduated from Slippery Rock University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 1998.
She has worked ina variety of settings including outpatient clinics, inpatient hospital and rehabilitation centers, her own private practice and, currently, for a home health agency.
The art of physical therapy is a combination of usingsigns and symptoms to diagnose the source of a problem, and then determining the most effective way to treat it. Conditions that Nadine has worked with include joint pain and post-surgical rehabilitation, back pain, stroke, rotator cuff strains/tears and balance issues. She has also created work hardening programs, creatively simulating specific worktasks in the physical therapy gym, so that patients can return safely to work.
In her free time she enjoys hiking, reading and traveling whenever time permits.
