ADVOCACY
Advance the senior placement and referral profession to provide expert and empathetic help navigating senior living and care decisions. Promote public policy that protects the rights of families seeking senior living and care and encourages fair business practices.
EDUCATION
Educate professionals and families regarding the roles, responsibilities, and benefits of working with an NPRA professional. Grow the knowledge and skills of placement agents, other professionals, and families in improving quality of life in later years.
ACCOUNTABILITY
NPRA Best Practices and Code of Ethics define senior placement and establish the highest professional standards of diligence, excellence, and integrity in advising families regarding senior living and care decisions. NPRA agent members stand out in their commitment to these standards and are held accountable to represent the best of the profession.
CERTIFICATION
The CPRS - Certified Placement and Referral Specialist designation is a rigorous credential held by expert placement agents. There is no book or course that prepares for the CPRS and it is not an entry-level credential. Earning the CPRS reflects a deep understanding of the industry developed through extensive experience guiding families through senior living and care decisions.
