Scott Fischer is co-founder and Owner of Options for Senior Living, an Arizona senior referral company. One of the founding members of PASRS, Scott has served the healthcare industry for over 25 years. Scott’s vast nursing experience includes nursing administration, nursing education, mental health nursing and home health nursing. Scott has dedicated the past 15 years of his career to the care and service of seniors, particularly in the area of senior mental health with an emphasis on seniors suffering from dementia
Jamie Callahan is a businesswoman and former fashion model with the skills and vision to help her clients present themselves honestly and ethically. She has lived in Southern Oregon since 2003 and has built a network among local residents, legislators, businesses and community groups.
Jamie is professional and personable. She is often sought after by her peers and colleagues for sound, sensible and confidential advice. Also considered a sharp judge of character, Jamie maintains an understanding of the world in which we live, work and play. She is well known for her drive, high standards and passion for being the best in the industry.
Jamie is passionate about supporting small business, as well as promoting our youth and human services; specifically senior care. As an active member and of the Senior Advisory Council, and an owner of an assisted living community and senior referral agency, she is well aware of the good and the bad, and fights for improvements and accountability across the board. Michelle Dee Graham is CEO and co-founder of Graham & Graham Eldercare Consultants LLC, a WA based Care Transitions and Referral Service, a motivational and educational speaker, and writer. She is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), a Certified Information Referral Specialist in Aging and Disability (CIRS-A/D), and a Paralegal and Collaborative Law Allied Professional- Eldercare Specialist.
Michelle has worked in the long-term care industry for more than 27 years. Prior to founding Graham & Graham 7+ years ago, she had been an Assisted Living Administrator, Skilled Nursing Facility admissions and marketing director, AL Regional Sales Manager, a staff recruiter and retention consultant for 17 SNFs in WA and OR, managed operations of 9 Certified Nursing Assistant Training Schools, and an in-house nursing registry with 70+ RNs and LPNs.
WA state was the first state in the country to pass a law regulating Senior Referral Agencies. Titled “The Elder & Vulnerable Adult Referral Agency Act”, Michelle, working with a group of referral agents, co-wrote amendments to the original bill and provided insight into the industry during the legislative session.
Heidi Sheldon, began in 1990, as a Marketing Director of a 190 unit Retirement and Assisted Living community, helping Senior’s and their families with difficult decision of moving into assisted living. By the end of the 90’s she worked my way up to corporate level and found herself working with owners, budgets and staff. She missed working directly with the families and seniors. Instead of representing a single community she wanted to represent the whole continuum and advocate on behalf of the senior for the best overall fit for what they were looking for. Heidi founded Options For Seniors LLC in 1999.
The culture at Options For Seniors is a givers gain philosophy; by giving freely of their time and resources to help any and all senior’s and their families. Heidi is in her 27th year of serving seniors, with making one of the most important live decisions, entrusting the future housing and care to those who share in our loved ones dreams, values and desires.
Heidi is the founding president in 2010 for the Association of Senior Referral Professionals of WA (ASRPWA). Washington is the first state in the nation to regulate referral professionals in 2011, The Elder Referral Act 2011 RCW 18.330. Heidi provides personalized care though the senior housing selection process. While continuing to be a leader in our industry. Heidi has spent considerable time to assist other referral professional and agencies to comply with the law that regulates our industry. Heidi has served on many boards and non-profits including serving as a board member for the Coordinators of Patient Services (COPS), Alzheimer’s Association; chaired Memory Walk and Annual Auction and as an advocate for seniors as the legislative chair for her industry in Olympia. Angela Olea is a highly passionate, innovative and accomplished business leader in the senior care industry. She is a respected authority on elder care and senior placement, serving as a guest speaker at state and national aging conferences. Angela is also a visionary, founding the first assisted living placement franchise business in the U.S. Today, as Chief Executive Officer of Assisted Living Locators, she has built the company into a nationally acclaimed premier placement and referral agency, matchmaking seniors with caring providers for over a decade.
With 67 franchise office locations and growing, Assisted Living Locators is fast becoming a dominant force in the assisted living placement industry helping seniors and their families find top notch, quality senior home care options.
A registered nurse, Angela initially launched Assisted Living Locators in response to seeing patients have unnecessary readmissions and a lack of community support. In an effort to evoke positive change and ease of care transition for patients, she created a National Readmissions Prevention Specialized Program for community care providers to reduce hospital readmissions.

Frank is the CEO of Senior Care Authority Franchise LLC. Prior to starting Senior Care Authority, Frank was a veteran of the travel industry for 34 years.
Most recently, he operated a company specializing in the design of customized luxury vacations around the globe. Prior to that, Frank was the founder and president of InHouse Travel Group in Chicago that he franchised in 1995 and grew to 200 franchises within a 3-year period. The company was listed as one of the “Fastest Growing Franchises” in Entrepreneur Magazine. He sold the business to Uniglobe
Frank has had a passion for senior care since having to care for family members and personally experience the challenges that face families today. After several years of researching the health care industry, he began Senior Care Authority, which has already helped many families throughout the United States. The company also is franchising the program throughout country.
In addition, he hosts a twice-weekly podcast and radio show called "The Aging Boomers" to help educate family caregivers and seniors on issues facing them while providing important resources nationwide. The show appears on iTunes, iHeartRadio, Spreaker and other sites.
Frank also holds the designation of Certified Senior Advisor.
Tim Evankovich, Board of Advisors, Tim is the CEO of Oasis Senior Advisors, a Franchise referral service that helps families find the right assisted living for their loved ones. He started this endeavor in 2013 and began the franchising effort in 2014 and has expanded the Oasis footprint nationally to over 45 franchisees.
With over 20 years of experience in franchising, Tim began his first foray into franchising with The Cleaning Authority (TCA). As President and Co-Founder, he spent 25 years building TCA into the 2nd largest residential cleaning company with over 200 franchisees in 44 states and Canada.
His primary focus at TCA was developing and building the brand nationwide. In 2010 Tim also started a company called FranForward, LLC a small business incubator company that educated young growing franchise organizations how to build infrastructure and maximize market share for their brand.
In addition to his current duties as CEO of Oasis, Tim has also serves as a board member of Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Maryland Chapter and for Crohn’s Colitis Foundation of America. Tim also is an active member of the International Franchise Association (IFA) and he is a frequent speaker for the IFA on Franchise Development.
Linda has been assisting families with senior placements since 2007. She is the founder of Clear Choice Senior Services, assisting seniors and families to find the best options for assisted living when they can’t safely remain at home. Her credentials include; BA in Biology, Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), Certificate in Gerontology, Residential Care Facility for Elderly (RCFE)Administrator.
She is also a past and current Board member of North Orange County Senior Collaborative (NOCSC) service organization and the Orange Senior Center. She serves as NOCSC’s Chairman of the Elder Abuse Awareness work group, and representative to Ageless Alliance and FAST (Financial Abuse Specialists Team). She served from 2009 to 2016 as Chair of OC Senior Services Roundtable in Orange, is a past member of Hospice Care of CA’s Professional Advisory Board, and is founding member and President of Southern CA Association of Senior Referral Agencies.
In 2015, she was featured in an article in the Fullerton News Tribune and Orange County Register as a recipient of Fairhaven Memorial’s Oliver Halsell Care Award, which pays tribute to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional care in their profession and community, improving the lives and spirits of those they help. In June 2016 she received a Lifetime Achievement in Senior Services award from the Orange County Board of Supervisors for her work on elder abuse awareness and prevention. Linda is a founding member of Senior Care Hero Awards annual event and currently serves on their Council of Advisors.
In 2015, 2016 and 2017 she testified in Sacramento at several committee hearings regarding legislation to license and regulate senior referral agencies. She helped to compose amendments for referral agency minimum standards, including training requirements, mandated reporter for elder abuse, anti-kickback provisions, and other consumer protection requirements which were later adopted into proposed legislation.
