NPRA is a national trade association dedicated to promoting and protecting the senior placement industry through advocacy and its nationally accredited certification, Certified Placement & Referral Specialist (CPRS). NPRA believes that all seniors and their families should have access to a trusted advocate who is on their side to help them navigate housing options for their aging loved ones. Through its initiatives and advocacy for senior care legislation and strong belief in the protection and promotion of the older adult population, NPRA is on a mission to professionalize the industry through standardized best practices, a code of ethics and the creation and promotion of the CPRS certification.

As a member and member organization, NPRA brings together a community of like-minded colleagues who are dedicated to advancing the senior placement industry. NPRA offers a community of practice where knowledge is shared, and industry-related news and information is readily available. A strong network of professionals collaborates and participates in lobbying opportunities and gives input into defining regulatory legislation affecting senior adults across the nation.

With an ethical compass as its guide, NPRA serves the senior adult community nationally and locally through education, membership, best practices, governmental affairs and advocacy. NPRA members and CPRS-certified agents are senior placement industry professionals the public can trust.
